Overview:

The Burlington, part of Boutique Carehomes Group, initially offered only residential care but added nursing during the COVID-19 pandemic. During the second wave, the home experienced a severe outbreak with 42 cases in a single day, creating a major staffing crisis.

HTR Response:

• Emergency internal team meeting and planning
• Staff transport and on-site accommodation arranged
• Coordination with other clients to prioritize Burlington's needs
