Rajen Nityanand Jussun

Rajen Nityanand Jussun is the Registered Manager at HTR Care, bringing over 30 years of experience across health and social care. Since joining in 2022, he has helped oversee the quality, safety and compliance of our domiciliary and home care services. Rajen is a registered Mental Health Nurse with a background in NHS hospitals, private hospitals, residential care, forensic settings, secure units and rehabilitation services. He also brings legal and HR governance knowledge through his experience as an Employment Lawyer. His clinical, regulatory and leadership background supports safe staffing, safeguarding, care planning and continuous service improvement, helping clients receive reliable, respectful and person-centred care at home.
