Tanka Bhattarai
Tanka leads HTR Care and is responsible for the overall direction and development of the service.
He has over 17 years of experience across health and social care and education, including leadership roles in regulated care environments.
He holds a Degree in Mathematics and an MBA in Finance, along with professional qualifications in health and social care, training, and leadership.
Before founding HTR Care in 2017, he worked in education, teaching students at the school and college level - an experience that continues to shape his people-focused approach to care.
He founded HTR Care with a clear aim: to build a service that feels consistent, accountable, and genuinely centred around the person receiving care at home.
Today, he oversees governance, service development, compliance, and long-term growth of the organisation, ensuring care remains reliable, safe, and well-structured.

Rajen Nityanand Jussun
Rajen is responsible for the quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of care delivered in every home.
He is a qualified Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurse, registered since 2000, with over 30 years of experience across NHS hospitals, private healthcare, residential care homes, forensic services, secure units, and rehabilitation settings.
Alongside his clinical background, he has also trained and practised in employment law, giving him a strong understanding of governance, staffing compliance, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks.
His role includes overseeing care planning, risk assessments, staff supervision, audits, and ensuring all services meet CQC expectations.
He focuses on making sure care is not only clinically safe, but also delivered with dignity, consistency, and respect in every home.

Nicholas Olanrewaju
Nicholas is a qualified Social Worker with over 15 years of experience across health and social care, including elderly care and children’s services.
He has worked extensively in frontline care delivery, giving him a strong understanding of real home care needs, safeguarding, and person-centred support.
Alongside this, he brings strong operational and compliance experience, managing contracts, service delivery systems, financial oversight, and stakeholder relationships with local authorities and partners.
His role ensures that care is not only well-planned but also delivered smoothly, consistently, and responsively when needs change.

Jenish Giri
Jenish oversees the financial and administrative side of HTR Care.
He has worked across multiple roles within the organisation, including support work, administration, coordination, recruitment, and client communication.
This gives him a full understanding of how care works both operationally and in real home situations.
He is responsible for financial management, business administration, and ensuring smooth communication between families, staff, and the wider service.
He holds an MSc in International Business and has completed relevant sector training and compliance development programmes.

Meena Pradhan
Meena is responsible for coordinating day-to-day care ,so support always runs smoothly and consistently in the home.
She manages staff rotas, communication, and service coordination, ensuring care is delivered at the right time, by the right carer, in the right way.
A key part of her role is matching carers not only based on care needs, but also personality and routine fit - so care feels familiar and comfortable at home.
She holds a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care Leadership and Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, and an MBA with professional placement experience.
She has also completed GDPR training and Train the Trainer in Moving & Handling.
Once care begins, she often becomes the main point of coordination, helping families feel supported and reassured throughout the care journey.
