Since 2017, we’ve supported families across England by delivering care rooted in compassion and respect. At HTR Care, your loved ones come first. We provide empathetic and personalised care that prioritises dignity and independence. We live by respect, integrity, and empathy in everything we do. This implies applying CQC recommendations to treat individuals with “kindness, respect, and compassion”. Ensuring every client or family member feels heard and appreciated.

At HTR Care, we’re not just caregivers, we’re your care partners. We believe in quality beyond providing just assistance; we’re dedicated to empowering everyone we support and always putting dignity, trust, and independence first. As the needs of our clients evolve, so do we, with compassion, reliability, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Home Care Services
At HTR Care, no need is too small. Our home care services bring compassionate aid, from quick day visits to complete 24/7 live-in care directly to clients’ homes. Professional care assistants and private carers provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting), companionship, social engagement, and specialised elderly & dementia care. We ensure dignity, independence, and peace of mind regardless of your needs.
Healthcare Staffing Agency
At HTR Care, we connect hospitals, clinics, and care homes with support accommodation settings by connecting them with skilled, vetted professionals. As a full-service healthcare staffing agency in England, we offer permanent, temporary, and contract placements, plus emergency coverage. We provide fast, flexible staffing for National Health Service (NHS) trusts, private clinics, care homes, and nursing homes. We efficiently link you to registered nurses, specialists, Healthcare Assistants (HCAs), and support workers. All our recruits undergo a criminal record check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and reference checks with induction.
Supported Accommodation
HTR Supported Accommodation provides safe, fully furnished shared homes in London for vulnerable 16–21-year-olds, especially looked-after children, care leavers, and Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASCs). We aim to prepare susceptible young people for independent living after their time with us. Residents benefit from 24/7 trained-staff support, personalised plans covering emotional wellbeing, education links, life skills (meal prep, budgeting, chores), and trauma-informed counselling. Our nurturing, family-style environment empowers young people to build confidence, resilience, and the practical know-how to live independently.
