Meena Pradhan

Meena Pradhan is the Care Coordinator and Senior Field Supervisor, bringing 5+ years of hands-on experience in health and social care. She plays a key role in coordinating staff rosters, liaising with clients, families and professionals, and making sure each person receives safe, consistent and high-quality support at home. With first-hand knowledge of care delivery, staffing needs and day-to-day service coordination, Meena understands how to manage care with both professionalism and compassion. She holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing and a professional placement MBA. Her training in GDPR, Moving and Handling, and Train the Trainer further supports her commitment to delivering care that is reliable, respectful and centred around each individual’s dignity and comfort.
