References and DBS check are carried out to ensure the suitablity of candidates for the role.

Full Training as per CQC requirement are provided followed by care settings based induction sessions.

A shadow shift is arranged with an experienced and current team member to help candidates see what the job entails are.

Finally the candidates are ready to go on their shift.
